I’m a traveler, storyteller, fashion enthusiast, and woman navigating menopause with humor, curiosity, and a carry-on bag that’s somehow always overweight.
I’ve explored six continents, collected unforgettable memories, discovered incredible food, and purchased shoes that were absolutely necessary. Don’t ask Ted. He has a different version of events. 😂
Antarctica is still on my bucket list, because apparently six continents aren’t enough. And if I’m going to experience hot flashes, I might as well do it somewhere surrounded by penguins!

I love discovering new destinations, exploring beautiful hotels, hunting for thrift-store treasures, experimenting with fashion, and finding products that actually make life easier.
I also talk about menopause because somebody has to! Between the hot flashes, mysterious mood swings, and walking into a room only to forget why, there’s enough material for an entire comedy series.
And yes, I occasionally drag my Partner into my adventures. He calls it expensive. I call it making memories. 😂
Whether I’m boarding a plane, exploring a new city, tending to my plants, or dressing up for absolutely no reason, I believe life is too short to save all the fun for later.
Growing older is mandatory. Growing boring? Absolutely optional.
Why I Created Life With Aidalyn ✨
Because apparently having a full life wasn’t enough. I needed a website to document the evidence!
I created Life With Aidalyn to share my travel adventures, menopause moments, fashion finds, favorite products, and everyday stories that are sometimes inspiring, occasionally embarrassing, and usually worth a good laugh.
I want women to know that midlife isn’t the end of the adventure.
It’s the sequel—with better shoes, stronger opinions, and absolutely no patience for nonsense.
